User:or throat
User:can u tell me why fever is not going
User:is it something serious
Doctor:I can not say if it is serious or not without examining you
User:what examination is needed
User:and what serious could be
Doctor:A physical examination
User:can it be just a viral
Doctor:A viral fever will not last more than a week at the most
Doctor:so it highly unlikely to be just a viral fever
User:but with throat infection
User:it could be an infection which may go
User:once the infection goes
Doctor:It could be
User:so what should i do
User:i got all my blood test done
Doctor:But as I have told you the last time we had a chat, you need to get some basic blood tests done

User:ESR was 27

User:but today being last day and still having fever of 99.5
User:should i go for examination
Doctor:Yes, you should consult your physician again
Doctor:You should get the typhid and malaria test done
Doctor:I mean typhoid
Doctor:Please get these tests done along with a throat swab for culture and sensitivity
Doctor:And consult your doctor with these reports, he/she should be able to treat you accordingly.
Doctor:It is very difficult for me to suggest anything without being able to examine you personally
