i have got this issue in my leg
seems like a tendon rupture
has been since past two years but shows up only while jogging/running or steep roads
like a trigger if i increase pace

dint consult since it did not trouble me
but now that i want to jog it has become a concern since i cannot jog more than 10 mins

You can also do small activities such as using stair case instead of lift.
A short walk after lunch or dinner etc.
The key to maintain body weight is to utilize the calories you take in.
apart for jogging running (which I am unable to do for now) are there ways of workout to curb body fat?
Swimming would be a good option

so couldnt learn swimming
