User:i have got this issue in my leg
User:seems like a tendon rupture
User:has been since past two years but shows up only while jogging/running or steep roads
User:like a trigger if i increase pace
User:of walking

User:dint consult since it did not trouble me
User:but now that i want to jog it has become a concern since i cannot jog more than 10 mins
Doctor:Let me assure you that it cannot be a tendon tear.
Doctor:Because, if there is a torn tendon, you will not be able to walk.
User:then what can that be ? because that triggers only while i go hard on my right leg
Doctor:It might be just some twisting and untwisting of tendons, which might be causing an issue.
Doctor:To make sure of this, you will need to get it examined.
Doctor:Once a doctor sees and examines it, you can be completely confident about what the underlying problem is.
Doctor:Then appropriate measure can be taken.
User:do i go for a trial and error like wraping a crape band for 2 hrs or so everyday?

User:since the type of job in this corporate sector is more of sitting with laptop can you suggest few recommendations to follow to avoid harm
Doctor:The main harms you may get is eye strain, dry eyes, headaches, sleep disturbances, joint pains, back aches etc.
Doctor:These all can be prevented by following a few rules.
Doctor:- Always keep your screen at medium brightness.
Doctor:- The screen should be slightly lower than the ey level.
Doctor:- Look away from the screen every 20 minutes, for 20 seconds, by looking at a distance of 20 feet or more.
Doctor:- Make a conscious effort to blink your eyes repeatedly every few seconds.
Doctor:- Keep your back straight.
Doctor:- Keep your foot flat on the ground.
Doctor:- Your elbow should be at the level or slightly higher than the keyboard level.
Doctor:- Take a break every 1 hour. Walk away from your seat for 5 minutes.
Doctor:These minor steps can bring a lot of relief from all the issues stated above.
User:ok....thanks doc. i am afraid this 10 hr sitting work might get me fat although i avoid junk food as much as i can
Doctor:It can. Only way is to be active. Make sure you work out at least 45 mins every day.
Doctor:You can also do small activities such as using stair case instead of lift.
Doctor:A short walk after lunch or dinner etc.
Doctor:The key to maintain body weight is to utilize the calories you take in.
User:apart for jogging running (which I am unable to do for now) are there ways of workout to curb body fat?
Doctor:Swimming would be a good option
User:i am hydrophobic
User:deep water
User:so couldnt learn swimming
Doctor:In that case you can try something like Dance aerobics, such as Zumba sessions
