User:hi good morning

Doctor:Are you there?
User:i have stones in pancreas
User:some times am getting pains
User:not regularly its 3 months once
User:am consulted doctor de suggested PANSTALL tablet with food
User:is der any permemnanet solution ?
User:can you help in this regard ?
Doctor:Stones in the pancreas are usually formed from the gall bladder.
Doctor:Here the gall bladder stones pass from the bladder through the duct and then into the intestines.
User:k, doctor says it will cause sugar
Doctor:Since the gall bladder duct and pancreas duct share a common passage, it can get obstructed in the pancreas.
Doctor:Therefore a permanent solution considering what you have is a gall bladder stone is by surgical removal of the gall bladder.
Doctor:Insulin deficiency leads to diabetes; unless and until you have ongoing inflammation of the pancreas along with the stones, I do not think the pancreatic stones will lead to diabetes.
User:k my doctor says dont do any surgical removal right now and after getting more pain then only he is suggested to do surgical operation
Doctor:Acute emergency (acute pain) is the absolute indication of cholecystectomy.
User:i have report shall i send it now. can u suggest to me
Doctor:However in case where there is recurring gall stones, some doctors do consider prophylactic removal to prevent acute emergency.
Doctor:Therefore if you have recurring gall stones, then you can consider prophylactic surgery.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Are you there?
User:yes not yet followed any thing
User:am just taking tablet with food
Doctor:I mean have you understood what I said?
User:yes little bit
Doctor:May I know what tablets you are taking?
User:or digmax
Doctor:May I know your age XXXXXX?
Doctor:Since when are you suffering with this problem?
User:3 years back
User:from 3 years i got 2 times pain
Doctor:Let me put across this in simple words XXXXXX.
User:am not taking oily foods, paneer
Doctor:Pancreas is an organ that secretes digestive enzymes. This enzymes pass through a duct known as common pancreatic duct and reach the intestines.
Doctor:The enzymes have important role in digesting the food you eat.
Doctor:A stone which is formed in the gall bladder has to pass through this pancreatic duct to get excreted.
User:so its difficult to get pain then i will get pain
Doctor:Sometimes when this stone can get obstructed in this duct. This results cause blockage of enzymes. You develop pain when such blockage occur.
Doctor:Rarely such stones are associated independent of gall stones in a condition known as chronic pancreatitis.
User:wat shall ido now shall i go for surgical opearation or shall i wait for some times
Doctor:Though medications reduce pain and also supplement the digestive functions, one will need invasive procedures to remove the stone and to cure this problem permanently.
Doctor:So what you need to do is discuss with your treating doctor.
Doctor:Find out what you have - is it related to gall bladder stone
Doctor:or whether you also have pancreatitis.
Doctor:If what you have is purely gall bladder stone getting obstructed in the pancreatic duct, then surgical removal of the gall bladder will definitely prevent future stones.
Doctor:Alternatively, you could also consider less aggressive treatment such as Extracorporal shock waves to blast the stones and remove it.
User:its stone created on pancreatic tail upto 2 to 3 mm
Doctor:XXXXXX, I think I can explain to you better over a phone call. Can I call you and discuss about your problem?
Doctor:If yes, can you confirm your phone number?
Doctor:I shall call you back now.
Doctor:and discuss.
Doctor:I shall close this chat now.
