User:wanted to ask you...im having a really sore throat since last 4-5 days and a lot of cough can u suggest something
Doctor:Sure Do you have any chest pain or fever as well?
User:no...had fever some time back...now i dont have any fever or chest pain

Doctor:First thing, you need to do steam inhalation

Doctor:atleast twice daily

Doctor:second, you can take tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily
Doctor:Warm saline gargles, thirdly
User:ok i had benadryl also
Doctor:Try and drink some warm water
