User:i have severe pain in my throat...basically its tonsils swelling...not able to swallow anything
User:have gargled in betadine and hand b-complex tabs but not helped
Doctor:They would not with severe pain
Doctor:You can try with DISPRIN two tablets in warm water 50 ml and gargles for two minutes completely
User:ok...any other measures to reduces the pain and infection
Doctor:You can take tablet Brufen for pain
Doctor:Ok, gargle with DISPRIN three to four times
Doctor:in a day
User:ok will do that..but what causes it
Doctor:Milk with pepper helps in faster relief
Doctor:so I hope you understand the complete plan till next 36 hours
Doctor:The cause are many, commonly viral pharyngitis, allergy, dehydration
