Doctor:How can I help you?
User:Hello Doctor.
User:Good Afternoon.
User:I have a question related to my friend.
Doctor:Good afternoon. Proceed with your question.
User:She has severe headache, type of migraine, unbearable at times, with pain around the eyes.
User:This was never reported previously.
User:Only over the last two weeks, she has been having this symptom and it is not subsiding.
Doctor:May I know her age?
Doctor:Does she have other symptoms?
User:Her age is 31
User:She had this 3 years ago, when her daughter was born, but only for two days.
User:This time she is having it for more than two weeks with associated pain.
Doctor:Between this last 3 years, has she had similar headaches?
Doctor:Is she running fever?
Doctor:Is she able to see normally or does she complaint of any vision disturbances?
User:Yes, she had fever last week days but no fever as of today.
User:No similar headache or visual disturbance.
User:Vision is clear.
User:Only headache and pain around the eyes.
Doctor:Has she seen a doctor?
Doctor:Does she have any other medical problems - diabetes / high blood pressure?
User:SHe consulted the doctor and was treated for fever and body pains.
Doctor:When did she suffer this fever and body aches?
User:Do we need to get complete medical checkup done?
Doctor:Is it recently?
User:Last week immediately after her cycle.
Doctor:Does she take any pills for birth control?
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:Severe headaches and pain around eyes can be a symptom of neurological condition, sinus problems and eye problems.
Doctor:Since she doesn't have any problems with vision, eye problems is less likely. However a eye check up along with intraoccular eye pressure monitoring is advisable.
Doctor:She will therefore need some checkups that include CT scan of brain and paranasal sinuses to confirm the cause.
Doctor:If scans and eye check reveal no issues, then this could be a variant of migraine and can be treated with medications.
Doctor:Hence she definitely needs check up; not complete health check up
Doctor:but rather a check up planned and directed as per neurologist advice.
Doctor:She can consult a neurologist and get the tests done accordingly.
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:Yes Doctor.
User:I will consult a neurologist and get one done this weekend.
Doctor:That would be good. Do you have any questions?
Doctor:Are you there?
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
User:I was making notes of your suggestions.
Doctor:Bye for now.
User:Thanks for your help.
