User:actually , i am currently having piles prb . i do not have any pain or discomfort , its just that i have little blood after passing stool (mainly at time of washing or wipeing with tissue)

User:last yr i had this prb , i got doc suggested me , dafloon & faktu (something like this)shield tube

User:spmetime back was suffering from h.pylori infection, GERD,... and was on medication for almost a 1 yr for same.

Doctor:Blood in the end of stool is mostly due to local rectal causes.
Doctor:Fissure, hemorrhoids are the commonest cause.
Doctor:While infections and polyps are other cause.
Doctor:It would be difficult to predict which of these could be the cause.
User:ya but i have afterward
Doctor:A per rectal examination is essential to confirm the cause.
User:so need to visit a doctor then. actually shifted my town last month. so didn't knew much abt this city
