User:i need your small help to understand the situation better.
User:i have been feeling pain below the chest right in middle.
User:i have also started exercise from last couple of days.
User:my appetite is ok however I feel that I am having a bit of constipation also.
User:while doing exercise there is no problem which i face accept some muscular pain.
User:so kindly suggest.
User:and this is from last 3 to 4 days.

User:and i have had gastic problems in past also.

User:Male and 29 is the age.

User:No No i am regular with it however i think might be flow is less
