User:HI Doc! whenever i put my feet on ground to walk, the feet pains.
User:what can be done?
Doctor:May I know your age?
Doctor:Since when are you having this symptom?
User:past couple of months
Doctor:Can you confirm if this pain is present in both feets or only one foot?
User:both feet and usually when i get up taking rest.
Doctor:Does the pain present throughout the feet or located only on the toes, ball of toe, heel?
User:throughout the feet but initially while making a move mainly on the heels.
Doctor:Can you describe the pain - is it like a dull ache, burning sensation or like pins and needles?
User:like pins
Doctor:May I know your current height and weight?
Doctor:Do you suffer from any other medical problems like diabetes, thyroid?
User:5'7" & 80kg

Doctor:The pain that you describe can be due to
Doctor:1. Neuropathic pain
Doctor:2. Mechanical pain.
User:what is neuropathic and mechanical pain?
Doctor:Mechanical pain is a pain caused by pressure on feet.
User:what corrective steps should be taken?
Doctor:Our foot is designed in the form of arch. Due to constant wear and tear especially if one is over weight, the pressure on it can cause pain.
Doctor:Neuropathic pain is secondary to neurological cause.
Doctor:Since you describe the pain as pins and needles, neuropathic pain is most likely.
Doctor:Vitamin B12 deficiency and diabetes are two important causes of neuropathic pain.
Doctor:Since you are vegetarian, you are prone to vitamin b12 deficiency.
Doctor:And diabetes considering your age and weight.
User:but sugar test is perfectly ok
Doctor:I recommend you to test these two conditions along with tests for vitamin D; Thyroid function and calcium.
Doctor:If any deficiency is found it needs to be corrected.
Doctor:If your blood sugar is tested recently, you can skip the tests.
User:six months back
Doctor:After giving blood samples for these test, you can start vitamin b12 supplements. You can try cobadex czs one tablet a day for 2 weeks.

Doctor:I would suggest you to include blood sugar because your last test was six month back and because your symptoms are of 2 months duration.
