Doctor:The most important condition which doctor are wary off in any computer employee is carpal tunnel and other nerve compression.
Doctor:This condition present with wrist pain and painful fingers.
User:okay
Doctor:Some neurological disturbance - sensory disturnbance as well as weakness is an associated feature.
Doctor:Since you have the symptoms for fairly short duration of time,
Doctor:your symptoms are unlikely to be related to that serious nerve compression problem.
Doctor:However without an opportunity to examine your hand and distal peripheral nerve function
Doctor:it is difficult to predict whether or not you have this problem.
Doctor:At this point, my advice is take a break from constant typing.
Doctor:use wrist band/support if there is pain.
Doctor:If the numbness and weakness doesn't improve, visit your doctor for examination.
Doctor:You can also start yourself on meganeurone tablet.
User:okay s I have to use only a wrist band for a few days?
Doctor:This is a vitamin B12 supplement that is helpful in neurological disturbance.
Doctor:Wrist band is a temporary fix which I suggested.
Doctor:you can use it for few days along with one tablet of meganeurone.
User:okay I will take both the things wrist band and meganeurone
Doctor:If the symptoms persist for more than 5-7 days, you will require to see an orthopedician for clinical examination.
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:yup I will follow.
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:Thank you very much for your advice
Doctor:Welcome...
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
User:I just wanted to know one more thing
Doctor:Bye for now.
Doctor:Proceed..
User:could there be any serious complication because of this?
Doctor:As I said, if the symptoms do not improve in the next 5-7 days, it is recommend that you see a doctor to rule out nerve compressions/carpal tunnel syndrome.
User:okay
Doctor:Do you have any more questions?
