User:hello doctor
Doctor:welcome to XXXXXXX
User:Hope you remember me (we had a chat by 23rd december) and explained that i am undergoing some tests with regards to rheumatoid factor
Doctor:yes, i do remember it
Doctor:it was on the 26th of december
User:all the tests such as anticcp, XXXXXXX hbl27 are negative
User:then my rheumtologist asked me to go to a psychiatrist for counselling since everything was normal. after taking few stress related medicines, she asked me to XXXXXXX neurologist since i had numbness, tingling for long time
Doctor:I had adviced for the change in the medications
Doctor:of thiazides that you were on
Doctor:has that been tried ?
User:yes, i am taking amalong instead of telsar H
Doctor:so how long have you tried it ?
User:for the past 15 days
Doctor:and how are your symptoms , after stopping the previous medications ?
User:and feeling better now
Doctor:so, as i said, My doubts, were right regarding, the symptoms being due to your medications and not due to any other issue
User:yes, but when i met my neuro, he immediately told that i have some vitamin deficiency and asked me to go though some tests
User:then i was diagonised for vitamin D and B12 deficiency
User:i am pure vegatarian
Doctor:ok, i understand
Doctor:any supplements advised ?
User:i am taking trineurosol H injection every alternative days and then after 2 weeks it will be done once a week
User:but symptoms still remains and i am not sure whether i have vitamin B12 deficiency related diseasses such pernicious anamia
User:i think i referred earlier about my frequent coughing and other things
Doctor:but your condition is due to not due to pernicious anemia
Doctor:it is definitely due to being a vegetarian
User:but the connection that i have with gastritis, freuquent diarrhea, extreme tiredness?
Doctor:has your cough, improved or is it still worse ?
User:i dont have it now
Doctor:those symptoms can be due to a lot of conditions , and not due to pernicious anemia
User:but gastritis and diarrhea.. i had my GB removed as well
Doctor:just continue amlong for some more time
Doctor:for that, you need to adopt diet changes
Doctor:and stop using spicy foods , starch XXXXXXX foods,
Doctor:Don't eat foods that are known heartburn triggers.
Doctor:These include chocolate, citrus fruits and juices, tomatoes and tomato-based products, mustard, vinegar, mint products, and spicy, highly seasoned, fried, and fatty foods.
Doctor:Avoid drinks containing caffeine (coffee, tea, cola) because these can relax the XXXXXXX and allow acid to reflux back into the esophagus.
Doctor:Don't eat big meals. Eat several small meals throughout the day instead.
Doctor:Wait at least three hours after your last meal before going to bed.
Doctor:Sleep with your head and shoulders propped up with a wedge pillow or elevate the head of your bed six to eight inches. This will allow gravity to work for you and it will help keep your stomach acids where they should be--in your stomach and not in your esophagus.
Doctor:Sit upright in a comfortable chair rather than slouching.
Doctor:Too much of a weight, and obesity, puts more pressure on your stomach, and can force stomach contents through the XXXXXXX and into your esophagus.
Doctor:hence, you should try to maintain a good weight , and reduce weight, if u are overweight
User:so i dont have to worry about anything else right?
Doctor:in case, you have severe symptoms due to gastritis, you can use antacids like gelusil MPS, after meals
Doctor:yes, that is right
Doctor:take your medications for blood pressure and keep it in check
Doctor:continue your B12 injections as advised , or once in 3-6 months once
User:ok, thank you
Doctor:maintain good weight , and exercise regularly
Doctor:this will keep ur fitness
Doctor:try to keep stress away, by meditation
Doctor:and pranayama
User:i am already taking yoga practice
Doctor:You need not worry about things like rheumatological diseases, since your blood tests are negative
Doctor:and also, worrying about severe conditions like pernicious anemia, is not needed, as it is a auto immune condition , and will be associated with other issues like hypothyroidism, abnormal blood tests, weight loss, etc
User:ok, thank you
Doctor:you are very welcome
Doctor:Hope u have followed my suggestions, is there any other questions ?
User:sure doctor, i dont have any questions
Doctor:take care for now, and have a good day ahead
User:thank you
