User:I have a question about pancreatic cancer

User:i have read some about it
User:I have been have left side back pain for 3 weeks

User:Total bilirubin is 2.1 and direct is 0.4
User:My ALT is 91
User:that is all my symptoms
Doctor:Do you have fever, loss of appetite,?
User:No sir
User:Oh yeah I am 34 years of age as well
User:Is my bilirubin considered really high?
Doctor:Have you noticed any discoloration of urine? any recent decrease in weight?
User:My urine is really yellow
User:is that what you mean
User:but that is only if I do not drink a lot of water
User:the color gets more clear the more I urinate or drink water
User:no loss of weight
User:I just didnt know what part of the back does that affect etc
User:mine is the lower left
User:its usually the darkest when I get up in the morning
