Doctor:How old are you XXXXXXX?
Doctor:It is the time when we need to care for ourselves the most
Doctor:as we can prevemt a lot of stuff
Doctor:Lets start with the basics
Doctor:Lets assume your job , the weather and food remain the same
Doctor:First, do you feel fresh after your sleep?
User:Yes on somedays . No on somedays. When I am playing and when I do not have a smoke , the next mornings are better.

Doctor:Thats step 1 to proper sleeping
Doctor:Next, what about your diet?
User:about the smoking part, it usually starts when friends call in for party and we puff up , it ll be for some days and again I ll stop it. Thanks though. I would be stoping it completely soon as I l be moving out of this place. And regaring the food, thers not even a single food item in menu's in any of the hotel here which I feel like eating. just the dhaba I prefer are unclean.
Doctor: XXXXXXX I need a favor
