User:Hello sir
Doctor:How can I help you?
User:Regarding hypothyroidism
User:My wife is having hypothyroidism from past 6months.
User:we are using thyronorm 50 mcg tablets
User:from last 3 months TSh reports are around 2.5 MicroIU/ml
Doctor:That is good.
User:but the day before yesterday we checked it. The values is around 0.02 microIU/ml
User:she is conceived in last week
User:what the test results impact
User:seems to below normal levels?
Doctor:The levels are under normal limits. It means her dose needs to be reduced to bring back TSH to normal limits.
User:will this impact any thing right now as she is conceived
Doctor:As the TSH levels are borderline low, I presume this just could be due to higher thyronorm dosage.
User:will this impact any thing right now as she is conceived ?
Doctor:Correcting the levels will bring back the TSH levels to normal without causing any serious side effects.
Doctor:However the TSH level should be repeated after a few weeks.
Doctor:At this point, I don't see any major issues.
User:could you please suggest the correct dosage
Doctor:See her doctor immediately to get the thyronorm dosage adjusted.
User:thank you
Doctor:You are welcome.
Doctor:Do you have any other questions?
Doctor:Are you there?
User:I don't have any query
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
