Doctor:How old are you Amol?
Doctor:Since how long have you been having this constipation?
User:a week come and goes after every 7-8 months
Doctor:Actually, XXXXXXX there can be 3 reasons for the bleeding
Doctor:One is trauma to the lining of the intestines which is leading to pain and bleeding
Doctor:second is anal fissure
Doctor:and the third is haemorrhoids or piles
Doctor:For all these conditions, i would suggest that you do 4 things
Doctor:first, have plenty of fibre
Doctor:good sources include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains
Doctor:second, have plenty of water
User:im doing all tht

Doctor:The quick relief medication would be Dulcolax

Doctor:Mix 1 tsp with milk or water at bedtime
User:with isabgol will the bleeding stop
Doctor:The bleeding will stop once the cause is identified
Doctor:But first step for that is relief of constipation
Doctor:Otherwise it wwill recur
Doctor:The cause can be identified only after you see a physician and get a per rectal examination done
User:ok sure then I wil visit physician
