User:past one week. I am having problems in breathing. I am a regular visitor to gym. athletic build and no smoking.

User:had sever cold past week
User:and after that this problem have started

User:no chest pain

User:had past week.. now theres no cough
Doctor:Is the difficulty in breathing worse at night?
User:no but sometimes during early morning I will get up due to breathlessness then after a morning walk .. It would be fine

User:no I dont feel theres a stoppage while breathing

Doctor:I would suggest you just do pranayama and yoga and reduce your stress at work
User:Gym I go regulary but due to this my activity over there is reduced
User:anyways will try to do pranayama
User:if I am correct its deep breathing in and out
