User:I am having back pain
User:pains moslty if I sit for longer period on the ground
Doctor:May I know your age?
User:I am 29 yrs old mother of a 2.5 year old boy
Doctor:How long has this pain been there for?
User:post delivery
User:of my baby
Doctor:Do you sit or stand for long hours in a day?
User:I mostly sit
User:and when I get home, I get online for work purpose, and I cannot sit there for more than 30-45 mins

Doctor:If the symptoms are persistent for more than 8 weeks, it needs evaluation by an orthopedician and probably a MRI of the back
User:I have to lie down immediately for relief
User:I did see a ortho...he recommeded some excercise
User:and a seat/cushion
Doctor:Didn't he advise a MRI?

Doctor:Most of the times back pain happens due to stress
