User:i have a severe backache since morning
User:have taken analgesics also but no relief
Doctor:Please take a tablet of Dolo 650mg after eating something right away
User:have already taken that
User:but no relief

User:almost an hour back
Doctor:Have you taken any other medicine?
User:not yet
Doctor:That means you need to take better analgesic
User:plz suggest
Doctor:You can take Ibuprofen or Diclofenac after half an hour
User:ibuprofen causes me acidity, so i can't take that
Doctor:Take Diclofenac then, it is better for the stomach
User:what can be the possible casue for it
Doctor:It is because of the strain on your back

Doctor:Probably lie down for an hour
