User:Nothing, I had my ultrasound done for stones n at that time it came in reports
Doctor:did you have pain when you went for the ultrasound?
User:I have 3-4 stones, though hvn't gone for any ultrasound recently
User:Not at that time
Doctor:If you have stones, then that is the cause for this hydronephrosis
Doctor:these stones block the urine flow from the kidneys to the bladder

Doctor:We need to find out the exact size of these stones
Doctor:and we would also have to see where they are located and if there is any chance of them coming out in the urine

Doctor:You will first have to consult a urologist
Doctor:get yourself examined completely
