User:i had pimples on my back long back and now they have scars on my back

Doctor:are you taking any medication or anything?
User:ya ny thing which can remove those scars
User:as they look very ugly
Doctor:First of all, you need to exfoliate your back say once a week
Doctor:Use a body scrub and a loofah to scrub your back properly
User:n i use to get these kind pimples in summers
Doctor:Secondly, you need to apply Adapalene 0.1% ointment on the scars and pimples (if you still have any)
Doctor:Do you use a hair conditioner?
User:i use hair mask
Doctor:whenever you wash off the hair mask and your hair are clean
Doctor:After that, wash your back again with soap
Doctor:so that the hair mask ( which is usually moisturizing) does not stick to your back
Doctor:The Adapalene needs to be continued for atleast 6-8 weeks
