User:I am have gum bleeding since a month.
User:what can be the reason... dont know
Doctor:do u have pain in your teeth ?
User:I do not drink much water... can that be one of the reason?
Doctor:yes, dehydration can be a issue
User:hardly a litre or thw in a day
Doctor:do u have bleeding gums, only when u brush ur teeth ?
Doctor:or all the time, even when u eat stuff like apples, etc ?
User:not during brushing
User:I had an XXXXXXX yesterday, after long time and today I am seeing the bleeting
User:It wasnt bleeding the week before
Doctor:so does that happen all the time, or it happened just once ?
User:its been happeing in intervals, not always. been a month or so
Doctor:in that case, there is no need to worry
Doctor:I would advise you to take Vitamin C supplements (Tablets) once daily
User:shall I visit a dentist?
Doctor:this will help to strenthen the tissues
Doctor:in addiion, take BECOSULEs capsules once a day
Doctor:make sure, you dont have dental issues like tooth decay or infections
Doctor:use a Good tooth paste like SENSODYNE colgate
