User:I would like ask about a symptom in skin

User:in my foot under the thumb finger, initially the skin area of one mustard size became rough
User:later it developed a tiny hole sort in that rough skin
User:this persist for over a 3 months
User:now the hole got deeper little and rough area also got little widen
User:i have pain like pricking while i walk with light slipper or on rough surface
