User:Hello Doctor
Doctor:Are you sure, that the lesions mentioned are freckles ?
User:yes Doctor
Doctor:May i know ur age ? and how long have u had them ?
User:I am 36 now
Doctor:may i know your complexion ?
User:since 10 years, I am wheatish
Doctor:and the site you have them ?
User:on my nose and cheeks
Doctor:freckles are not any form of skin disease. They occur, due to normal skin production of melanin, specifically on exposure to sunlight
Doctor:Upon exposure to the sun, freckles appear, on any exposed skin
Doctor:the best way to prevent them, is to avoid exposure of the skin to sunlight
Doctor:and use Sunscreens with Sun protection factors (SPFs)
User:how do I get those spots which are already quite visible on my face ?
Doctor:Some best sunscreens include Neutrogena Suncreen , or LOTUS SUNSREEN WITH SPF 60
Doctor:once exposure to sun is reduced, the freckles can fade away themselves
User:thanks Doctor
Doctor:for the time being, you can also use creams containing Kojic acid and Hydroquinone
Doctor:These products can help lighten freckles if they are applied consistently over a period of months
Doctor:but they are most effective in combination with sun avoidance and sun protection.
Doctor:other options include laser therapy or Intense pulsed light treatment, which are expensive
User:but does it have any good result ?
Doctor:yes, if done by a experienced doctor, laser surgery can help
User:oooppss - no surgery
Doctor:i mean, laser therapy
User:if there are any option done without any cuts - it should be fine
Doctor:creams like CLEARZ can be used to fade up such freckles , as mentioned earlier
Doctor:all the options suggested are without any surgery
Doctor:cryosurgery, as the name suggests, uses cold therapy ( frozen nitrogen ) to remove the darkened spots
Doctor:and is not actually a surgery
Doctor:since your spots are just based , localised, use of creams, as suggested, above might be used for sometime before trying other options
Doctor:I hope u have followed my suggestions
User:sure Doctor
Doctor:You are very welcome
