Doctor:How can I help you today?
User:I have some queries regarding High BP & Low BP...
User:I usually get the sweat heavily... Due to this I am suspecting that, I have Hight BP which causes sweat... Is this true...
Doctor:Sweating usually happens in response to high external temperatures
Doctor:It can also be a response to low blood glucose or anxiety
Doctor:I do not think that it is happening in response to high BP, but palpitations can happen which can simulate sweating
User:I do get sweating even in less temperature(eg: in AC). Also I feel heart-beat rate is high... Can you please tell me why beat rate is high in my case....? What is palpitations?
Doctor:Palpitations is the feeling of racing of heart.
Doctor:That means high heart rate
Doctor:It happens due to high blood pressure.
Doctor:I think sweating may be a consequence of the racing of heart
Doctor:You may want to check your BP regularly
Doctor:Also get an ECG done
Doctor:May also get other blood tests to rule out other conditions
User:Ok... To reduce this, any precaution do I need to take.....?
Doctor:Yes, you may try a few things--lifestyle changes and medicines
