User:i catch cold really frequently

User:last time i consulted a doctor he said it my be due to allergies to dust or pollen
Doctor:allergies are exceedingly common
Doctor:due to the high humidity levels

User:but i m not exposed to much dust

Doctor:even if you're not feeling cold in office, wear a jacket when you enter and leave especially

Doctor:Third, have tulsi and ginger tea

User:my sleeping habbit is kinda improper i get less sleep at night

User:no not really

User:yeah i go to gym like 4 days a week and workout for 45 mins

User:yeah most of the time
Doctor:Then Gagn you may have a sleep disorder which needs treatment
Doctor:The treatment involves drugs called benzodiazepines
Doctor:These are prescription drugs and you would need to see your physician for that
User:do i need to undergo some tests before taking that drugs
Doctor:They are generally safe
Doctor:The only drawback is that people get addicted and find it difficult to stay asleep when we stop the drugs

User:i was treated for GBS like 5 years back could that be an issue
Doctor:Thats why we avoid these drugs in general

User:no i mean the cold and fever thing could that be related to GBS cause after that only it became frequent
Doctor:GBS is an autoimmune disorder which is fully curable
Doctor:It is not related to this
Doctor:In very less percentage of cases, it will cause long term problems
Doctor:and those problems are like paralysis, sensory issues etc
