User:actually my mom is in dubai and she is having pain and her urine is coming red in color, i have few reports and ultrasound pics , just wanted to knw if there is any
Doctor:Actually this query should go to Urologist
Doctor:and not a Gynecologist
Doctor:so post it for Urologist
User:temporary medicine for pain relief ..
Doctor:All the Urinary analgesics come with prescription alone
Doctor:so you can go to a local doctor for prescription of Pyridium
Doctor:Red colored urine needs thorough evaluation
User:ok actually we have also done pap smear test
Doctor:If there is a trouble causing reason for red colored urine
User:should i share the report with u

Doctor:They are two reports one a blood report and pap smear
Doctor:Blood report is ok
Doctor:Pap smear has some changes that needs to be followed
Doctor:They do not signify anything or related to a confirmed diagnsosi
User:ok means
User:but actually she is having pain while moving
Doctor:Pain in the abdomen
Doctor:is it not?
Doctor:When did the red colored urine start?
Doctor:Why did you get these tests done?
User:two days before
User:actually shez in dubai now , and there the doctors said we wont give her any medicine or start with treatment till all her tests are done
User:so they have done 2 -3 other tests too and those reports will come on 12th of april
User:and they are not giving her any medicine for pain relief
Doctor:Did she attend them for pain abdomen and red colored urine?
User:now the urine is nomal
User:only day before yesterday 2 times it was red
Doctor:Ok that is fine, probably because of testing
User:can u suggest a medicine for temporary pain relief
Doctor:so do not worry
Doctor:As I told you the urinary pain relievers are prescription based, so she needs to get a prescription for Pyridium
Doctor:Second thing is, the pain is not clear whether it is urinary pain or pain abdomen
User:ok when i will talk to her today i will let u knw that clearly, can u reply to that query on mine via mail?
Doctor:In medical practice we first try to make the person relieved from pain with considerable pain killers and I am unsure why do the doctors do not prescribe a pain killers when she is in intense pain
User:ya that we are not able to understand , thats y m asking doctors over here
User:u dre?
Doctor:Ok she can take a normal pain killer that she can have like Ibuprofen 400mg which is over the counter.
Doctor:for pain relief
User:thanks doctor , i will mail u other reports which i will get on 12th april
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me
Doctor:Bye for now.
User:ok thanks
User:bye have a nice day
