User :   I am a 25 year old female (non-smoker), and have discovered a large, hard bump on the back wall of my throat. It is almost directly behind my uvula, is the same color as the rest of my throat, and is the size of an almond. I discovered it because I felt like I had food stuck in my throat and tried to reach back to pick it out. I suspect I may have a sinus infection (have had a sore throat, nasal congestion, tightness in my chest, post nasal drip, and some brown and foul smelling discharge when I wake up) but I am not sure that it would cause this bony lump on my throat. It does not budge when I push on it, and it does feel like a bone. What could this be?
Doctor :   Hi
