Hi Doctor. Goodevening
Ok please go ahead with your query
i have hardened flesh under my feet, looks dark and its paining.
Its at the point where i kick to start my bike
This has happened in the past and got cured on its own.
This time its taking some time
Its dark colored and it seems like something has clotted inside.
Can you guidE?
It looks to be callous
its not a corn
may i share a pic?
Please give me a moment]
Waiting to receive
okay. Here it shows that its sent
Ok let me ask few more questions meanwhile
Did it recur in the same place?
What did you do during first episode?
I think yes.
last time i just ignored and it went
is it raised above the neighboring skin?
3-4 years back
Do you wear shoe daily?
When did you last notice it?
I noticed it 2 weeks back
it was small one that time
Is it increasing since then?
and i can feel a tiny on on the other leg too
This is the direct link of ths pic if you havent received it yet
Unable to view it
oh, My bad, The above link may not work for you. Did you receive the image?
I saw it
This will work
It looks to be plantar fibroma
Okay. I hope it can be cured
Yeah the cause is not known but thickening of the ligaments
It enlarges and cause pain on walking
extra padding of the area to reduce pressure is the key
so you can buy an gel filled orthotic sole temporarily
and wear in the shoe
just as FYI
Is it at the same place?
no. it was on ankle
Ok. Got you Doctor. Can antibiotics help?
Padding should otherwise if it still increase you should see a general surgeon
okay. Thanks alot for helping me out.
Will keep that in mind
You can make sure the area is dry to prevent infection
Can i bother you with another query?
keep wiping with dry cloth
So i told you i got minor ligament injury on my right ankle on 2nd Oct
and went to see doc after that. He gave me a tight band to wear.. a socks kind of thing
That still pains and it sweels if i walk more or put pressure
Is something still wrong or it takes time?
I think it needs a follow up since it still swells and pains
after 4 monthss
okay. I will see the orthopadic Doc again.
yeah you can show this plantar fibroma to Orthopedic surgeon
Thank you so much Doc. You really helped me
Thank you for visitine me
Bye for now
