Doctor:How can I help you?
User:I was travelling last week and in b/w I got sinus infection
Doctor:How is it now?
User:I met a doctor and he prescribed Azithral 250 for 3 days and Levocet for 5 days
User:The course is over, though it has come down, I still have nasal congestion , mild cough and throat pain (when I get up in the morning)
User:The climate here is changing to a colder one
User:Do I need to continue the same medication ?
Doctor:You can stop Azithral, as the course has completed
Doctor:and levocet you can continue as it will reduce your nasal congestion.
Doctor:You can also use steam inhalation which will give you more comfort
Doctor:If the problem persists for more than 3-4 days, it would be better to have a re- evaluation done by your physicain.
User:ok, is steam inhalation good during sinus infection?
Doctor:Sure. It will reduce the congestion and clear your nostrils.
Doctor:Hope I have answered your question.
Doctor:Is there any way else I can be of assistance to you?
User:Also, I will be travelling again next week to a still colder place.. Is that fine?
User:I am bit worried whether this will again add on to the infection I have now
Doctor:It is fine to travel. But keep your medicines in hand.
Doctor:You need not worry about the situation. Wear protective clothes, have your medicines,
User:ok, Thank you very much
User:This really helped
Doctor:Do u require any further help?
User:No . Thank you for your time.
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
