Doctor:How many episodes of lose stools do you pass in a day?
User:sorry i dint get u
Doctor:*I am sorry, I misread your initial symptoms.
Doctor:Let me explain to you now.
Doctor:Delivery usually doesn't cause major complaints. Well not atleast after 6 weeks following delivery.
Doctor:However in some cases during normal delivery certain anal complications such as hemorrhoids / prolapse may occur.
Doctor:Besides that chronic constipation can worsen the aforementioned problems.
Doctor:Since you complain of severe persisting pain in the anal region with constipation, I suspect you to be having anal fissures or hemorrhoids (piles); if not a prolapse.
Doctor:Some useful treatment options for these are
Doctor:1. Warm sietz bath twice or thrice a day.
Doctor:* siting in a XXXXXXX warm tub.
Doctor:2. Apply local anesthetic such as 2% Lidocaine gel 20 minutes before defecation.
Doctor:3. Take stool softeners such as Syp Lactulose 20-30ml at night (one dose) for couple of weeks
Doctor:4. Take plenty of water and eat plenty of fruits / vegetables.
Doctor:These are the few measures that you can follow at home.
Doctor:In addition to this, I suggest you to consult a general surgeon for per rectal examination.
User:ya tell me doc
User:ok doctor
Doctor:We need to determine the severity of the problem and whether or not you have a severe grade of hemorrhoids/prolapse
Doctor:wherein you might need interventional procedures.
Doctor:Have you followed what I suggested?
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:ya thank you and i wanted to no my baby is 7 weeks for here doctor has suggested to put rota virus 1 dose and pneumococcal so what do you suggest doctor should i put those to or what ???
User:are you there doctor

User:its ok doctor ya thank you and i wanted to no my baby is 7 weeks for here doctor has suggested to put rota virus 1 dose and pneumococcal so what do you suggest doctor should i put those to or what ???
Doctor:As per the recommendations, both pneumococcal vaccine and rotaviral vaccine is suggested between 2 to 6 months of age.
User:is it safe doctor so can i put those to
Doctor:So you can go ahead as suggested.
Doctor:He/she would need 3 doses of the same vaccines 4 weeks apart.
Doctor:You can get them. It would not cause any trouble.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:thank you doctor u asked me to take this Syp Lactulose 20-30ml at night it wont affect my baby while feeding
Doctor:It is not absorbed into the blood circulation / doesn't pass through breast milk
Doctor:So it is safe.
Doctor:Do not over use it beyond 2 weeks though.
User:thank you doctor...........
Doctor:In case you develop lose stools, reduce the dosage or stop it.
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:ok doctor n no other query
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
