Doctor:Abdominal belts may be of less help now.
Doctor:What you will need is abdominal toning.
User:I dont find time for excercise or walking
Doctor:Combined with weight reducing diet if your body weight in general is above the normal BMI of 25.
User:but earlier I did try dieting and walking
User:didnt help
User:after delivery it weight increase
Doctor:Surgical treatment (tummy tuck) procedure is the only other scientifically proven treatment then.
Doctor:Let me explain to you.
Doctor:Post pregnancy there are some hormonal changes which results in increased body weight.
Doctor:The hormone changes include hypothyroidism.
Doctor:I hope you got these hormone assays done.
Doctor:If all your body hormones are in control, diet and exercise AND surgery are the only 2 measures which are scientifically proven to help.
Doctor:Other form of treatment do not have enough evidence to suggest that they help.
User:I want to have another baby later
User:in this case the surgery is advisable?
Doctor:Tummy tuck procedure will not effect your chances of pregnancy. However they can contribute (very less extent) in reducing the chances of normal delivery.
Doctor:If I were to be your treating doctor, I would first advice you to follow a strict diet plan as planned by an expert nutrition, in addition to making some time for exercise under the care of physical trainer.
User:My first delivery was operation
Doctor:There have been many successful patients with this tried and tested method.
Doctor:As your last delivery was through caesarian section, you have 10-20% chances to have a second operation during delivery.
User:so second delivery will also be caesearian
Doctor:The chances of caesarian section during the next pregnancy is 10-20%.
Doctor:Hope I clarified your doubts?
User:from first delivery to second delivery what should the difference in years
Doctor:In Indian setup 3 years between 2 pregnancy would be ideal.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:no query
User:ty again
