User :   I am an HIV+ male, 38 yrs old with no other health issues. I own a restaurant and work 7 days a week, up to 16 hours a day. I was diagnosed with HIV one year ago this month and have been on ATRIPLA since. It seems to be fine except my bowel movements are mushy at best...and it's very difficult for me to be "regular" I always have this feeling of being constipated but not able "to go" easily. When I do have a bowel movement very little comes out and it's not firm at all, not liquidy, just mushy.
