Doctor :   a dental floss will help u remove food debris that get stuck on teeth.
Doctor :   dental problems like plaque and tartar build up, swollen gums, cavities and abscesses continue to erode teeth causing gum problems and hasten tooth loss. Potential problems for the gums can be caused by crowded tooth and cause the development of periodontal pockets. Getting gums and teeth checked by a dentist in a regular basis can help prevent dental conditions.
User :   doing that only with floss or tooth pick starts bleeding if a little bit mistake happens
Doctor :   The cause of plaque build-up and dental cavities are missing to brush teeth after meals but not flossing
Doctor :   i would suggest u to use a floss
Doctor :   instead of tooth pick
Doctor :   when the plaque gets accumulated
User :   ok thanks doctor - bye . it helped to talk. i also have the swollen gums so that will help.
