I went to the doctor who diagnose me with varicocele, I can see the the vains and the skin on my testicles sag a lot that it is uncomfortable. I am going to get the operation done. I have heard that it affects testosterone, how much does it affect it? I also read that when the semen is lumpy it is also may attribute to low testosterone, is it true? Does the vericocele affects the sagging (excessive skin)
