User:i am 30 year old male
User:and my weight is approx to 100 Kg

User:actully tried to control diet, but not able to do that
Doctor:Weight of an individual is determined and influenced by many factors of which the type of diet consumed, the occupation and exercise are the most important ones.
Doctor:Though there are various options to reduce weight, diet and exercises are the most reliable and healthy method as it brings about a smooth transition.
User:can u please suggest me some good diet plan & exercises
Doctor:I would suggest you to involve in cardioexercise such as brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling or even thread mill half an hour to one hour a day for 5 days a week.
Doctor:These exercise burn excess calories and help you lose weight.
Doctor:Along with dietary changes is recommended.
Doctor:Diet should include plenty of fibre and low fat food.
Doctor:Along with plenty of water.
Doctor:In brief, start your day with a glass of water mixed with honey as you wake up.
Doctor:Breakfast at about 8-9. It should be filling too.
Doctor:Oats, poori, dosa (2 number), idli (2 number), etc. can be part of your breakfast.
Doctor:Avoid coconut chutney. Prefer sambar or tomato chutney.
Doctor:Have a light snack at your office. Preferably avoid coffee / tea.
Doctor:Lunch should contain not more than one bowl of rice. Take plenty of vegetables. Avoid papad / pickle. Avoid dressed salads.
