some times on face, very few and rare but on back and on neck its first time and too many and first time
Let me brief you.
Your symptoms definitely suggest possible acne eruptions.
the possibility of viral infections induced eruptions known as exanthem need to be excluded.
Since you have had multiple eruptions in a short duration of time, it would be extremely useful to see a doctor and rule out infections.
Further as the lesions are multiple, it is better to treat them with oral antibiotics like doxycycline.
presently I am in US
is there any pre caution or cream which I can apply
Keep the area clean and dry.
Never try to poke or squeeze them.
If possible visit a low cost clinic;
if your insurance covers visit to dermatologist
you can visit them to get a prescription for oral antibiotics.
If you choose not to visit a dermatologist;
