User:hello Dr,after shaving i am getting pimples kind of issue in my skin,and also feel like scratching

User:due to this But when meeting arises i dont have any choices i need to shave
User:What need to be done?
Doctor:Can you describe what you meant by pimple like issues?
Doctor:Do you notice elevated red lesions as any other pimples?
Doctor:If yes, can you specify the size?
User:well after shaving small white particle appear in chin and nearby mustache area
User:its very small
User:nt exactly as big as pimple
Doctor:Is your face / chin fully covered with those spots
User:no red lesions and all. its white in colour and disappears within 1 or 2 days.
Doctor:or is it only at particular areas?
User:only those areas
Doctor:Do you have history of diabetes?
Doctor:Do you have acne problems?

User:i have only this issue

Doctor:What you describe doesn't seem like a serious problem.
Doctor:It may be areas of minor infection
Doctor:or something similar to white heads
Doctor:As long as they are very minute, it doesn't grow in size to cause redness and pain
Doctor:it doesn't need any specific treatment.
Doctor:I would suggest you to try using an after shave immediately after you shave.
Doctor:Do not try to squeeze or manipulate the spots.
Doctor:If itching is severe and intense
User:I use that Doctor ,after that i feel like itching
User:and start itching and next day white heads appear :(
User:I do Facial every month and doesnt use any face creams
User:i am planning to take a Sun screen and Moisturiser and a face wash
User:Please suggest the Right one as well.
Doctor:You may use caladryl lotion if the itching is severe and intolerable.
Doctor:It should take care of the itch.
Doctor:You will need to see a doctor if the spots increase in size and cause pain and redness.
Doctor:As far as sunscreen is concerned, you can use any sunscreen with SPF more than 25

Doctor:You may try suncross spf 26 or 30.
Doctor:For moisturize, use any product with aloe vera in it.
User:ok and face wash?
User:what is the direction for usage of this three products?
Doctor:There are no specific recommendations for face wash. However use something which are mild.
Doctor:May I know why you intend to use these 3 products?
User:sunscreen while driving bike
Doctor:Do you have any specific reasons to use face wash, sunscreen and moisturizer.
User:moisturizer - to maintain skin in home
User:and fave wash gives some kind of rejuvenation
Doctor:Sunscreen should be used as and when you go out into the sun.
Doctor:It stays until you wipe or wash it.
Doctor:You can reapply if needed as you wipe or wash it.
Doctor:Moisurizer again should be applied within 5 minutes after bath.
User:yeah i have a long way to office
Doctor:You can try twice a day.
Doctor:And face wash is based on your usage.
User:and sun take away my colour

Doctor:If that is normal, visit an urologist for check up.

Doctor:Blood sugar of 170 is slightly above ideal limits. I presume it his post prandial blood sugar.
Doctor:If you are not sure which one it is, please recheck his fasting, post prandial blood sugar
