Doctor:You would need to cut down on the stress, smoking and alcohol
Doctor:That should help
User:ok doc
Doctor:However, this is harmless relieved
Doctor:and you dont need any treatment for this
Doctor:for the watering in the eyes
Doctor:first, take frequent breaks
Doctor:follow the 20-20-20 rule
Doctor:every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds
Doctor:You need to take frequent breaks
Doctor:second, reduce the glare of your monitor
Doctor:third, use refresh eye drops 3-4 times daily
Doctor:I believe that the twitching is limited to the eye only
Doctor:Is that right?
User:it was only in the eye for some 3 months...but now i feel uncomfortable near the upper cheeck bone as well
Doctor:These measures for the watering of eyes will also help the twitching

Doctor:But otherwise its ok
User:ok doc...thanks for ur time
Doctor:Is there anything else I can help you with?
User:this should be fine
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me
Doctor:Bye for now
