Doctor:How can I help you?
User:I am getting a pain near the abdominal area from morning
User:and this pain comes only if i bend forward
Doctor:Can you specify the exact area of pain in relation to the belly button (umbilicus)?
User:Sorry it's on the back side(right)
Doctor:Do you mean the right of the back?
Doctor:Is it over the upper back or lower back?
User:lower back
Doctor:Can you describe the pain - do you feel like crampy pain (on and off pain) or a constant dull ache?
User:The pain is there only if I bend forward. If I bend with my legs folded then I don't feel it
Doctor:If the pain is localized to the back only and precipitated by movements, the pain most likely would be a muscular ache.
Doctor:It may have occurred due to improper sleeping postition.
Doctor:I suggest you to try topical pain relieving agents.
Doctor:I prescribe volini spray or relaxyl spray to my patients.
Doctor:You can apply this over the affected areas.
Doctor:Do not bend or turn your back.
User:Thank You
Doctor:If you have access to hot water bag, you can apply heat compresses using this bag.
Doctor:Symptoms should resolve with it.
Doctor:If it continues to bother you tomorrow, you can try oral pain killers.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any questions?
User:Yes I will try all these
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me
Doctor:Bye for now.
