User :   Im 16 and i have gotten 3 self -diagnosed panic attacks in the past 3 or 4 weeks. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I am in a high-stress situation as i am currently studying in ... for a year during high school, and I have not seen my family in 3 months. I am quite positive these are panic attacks because I have read about them after getting them a few times, and all of the symptoms fit perfectly: trembling, increased heart rate, trouble breathing and swallowing, weakness, etc. I am curious as to how I could learn to handle these panic attacks on my own, as I will not be with my parents for the next 6 months. Please help!
