User :   I go GYM daily...My GYM instructor is asking me to take protein powder as supplements

Doctor :   probably it maycome for 15 days or so, so i guess Egg whites + Pulses (bengal gram) - would make a good protein substitute.

Doctor :   Also mutton contains more protein ,but it need to be prepared in such a way that you dont put more oil in it.
Doctor :   soya bean, bengal gram, chana, contains more protein if you are a vegetarain
