User :   Any one there
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   go on with your query
User :   Ok thanks
User :   Hello, I am very thankful that you are online to answer my question. I am a 21 year old white female 5'9 and about 200 pounds but very athletic build. I have been experiencing some pain on the right side of my abdomen very high up. From the lower tip if my sternum it is an inch down and an inch to the right. For the past two weeks this pain has been on and off gradually becoming worse with each episode. Some days it will happen only twice and others it seems like it is all day long. I dont think it is a gas pain, constipation, or indigestion. When the pain comes on it is sudden and it burns and almost tingles. It is not sensitive to the touch nor swollen from what I can tell. It almost feels better when I rub it because it hurts so bad. I have tried antacids, advil, heating pads, cold packs, laying down, stretching, curling up and I cant seem to make it go away. With the pain becoming more frequent and more severe each time I am starting to be concerned. Do you have any idea what could be causing me this discomfort?
Doctor :   give me some time to go through your details
User :   ok

User :   but what about my pain which i am suffering from ? what could that be ?
Doctor :   I do understand that you are in pain.
Doctor :   What would i suggest is to go ER if pain is unbearable and consult a specialist.
User :   are you there doctor ???
User :   is this all you would want to help me with ? i am here to answer your questions if you wish to ask me which may help you in coming to a diagnosis . what could the reasons for my pain be ?
Doctor :   as i said previously physical examination has to be done to ascertain diagnosis. I am sorry that i cant help you any further.
User :   but what do you think is causing me this pain? the likely possibilities ?

User :   anyone there?
User :   hello doctor This is regarding my wife. She is 28 yrs old and 5.3" my wife is 8 weeks pregnant now. she was using AKT4 at the time of conception and then was moved on to AKT3 till a day back (08.04.2011). We would like to know, if it is advisable to go ahead with the pregnancy. is it going to cause any disability of any kind (hearing, eye, etc.) for the babies (she is conceived with twins) to be born. kindly advise in detail as we are getting different words from many of our offline doctors. We are really concerned and the verge of thinking to terminate.
