User :   doctor i am 26 years old. and from last 2 years getting a pot belly.
User :   problem is there is no weight gain. and no fat accumulation.
User :   it is more of a gas and acidity problem

User :   i havnt got myself tested for it. but i think i am

User :   lack of sleep. no.

User :   lack of appetite well no . but i do try to eat less from last couple of weeks. sometimes

User :   strees i bit you can say not much. . exercise not regular. but i do cycling a bit daily

User :   about 9 hour( if you are asking about profession)
User :   exercise mostly like 30 minutes cycling

User :   breakfast mostly skip.( do drink like ice tea in office) , Lunch mostly subway sandwich or sometimes pasta./ dinner plain roti with dal/sabzi.

User :   like 3 days a week.

Doctor :   Most of the times because of lack of physical activity , abdominal muscles become less tonic and it appears as pot belly, eventhough there is less fat
Doctor :   So , Its better to do some exercise daily ,

User :   actually i was concerned about acidity because i do get burps after eating sometimes. or like when i drink coke or stuff liek that

Doctor :   You are skipping you breakfasts most of the times

Doctor :   Normal dietary plan should be ,
Doctor :   You have to take Good breakfast,which keeps away you from starving

Doctor :   And you can have moderate amount of food for your lunch
Doctor :   Low calorie food for dinner.
Doctor :   It is better to take some fruit juice along with your dinner

Doctor :   you are suffering from acidity so , Its better to avoid food products which contain coke /caffeine /chocolate

Doctor :   because you will get lot of antioxidats from fresh fruits
User :   and also is there no need of a specific medicine aloung with above dietery plan?
Doctor :   Tea is better for health , if you take it limited number of times

Doctor :   You have to start Omeprazole 20 mgdaily once before your breakfast with empty stomach
