Doctor :   Since heart problems have been ruled out by cardiologist, it is probably due to gastritis as your doctor explained.
Doctor :   Gastritis is a chronic condition
Doctor :   It can be kept under control
Doctor :   by following strict lifestyle.

Doctor :   1. Regular sleep and regular diet.
