User :   Hi, I am software engineer and i used to sit approx 8 hrs in a day.

User :   My pain is just above the hip and lower portion of back. I have some tummy, my waist is 34'.

User :   Even from last 8 month I changed my sitting position. now i am sitting straight.

User :   yes its only in 1 place.
