User :   Recently I have been having a lot of abdominal issues I had my gallbladder removed about 3 months ago and have a weird pain in different places...I even had to go to the ER but nothing was concluded. So for the past couple of days I have had this constant pain under my left rib cage, the pain radiates through the left side of my back and where the pain starts, it feels like a thump like a heart beat. I also have some weirdness going
User :   on in my left shoulder and under my left armpit

User :   it almost feels like it did after I had the chole with the air they feel your belly with then as it releases goes through your arm chest back etc...
User :   The pain under the rib hurts more when I am inhaling, and is constant...sometimes more noticable than other times

User :   26yrs female 5'3 1/2 145lbs (just had a baby in june) and no other past medical history besides the gallbladder

Doctor :   if you suspect having a heart attack, then get ECG done again immediately after the episode

Doctor :   there can be subtle signs.
Doctor :   getting baseline investigations done will help
Doctor :   to confirm/rule out cardiac acuses
User :   Do you hvae to any idea of what else it could be
