i just need some help on a perfect diet
Is it for weight loss?
i guess i eat wrong food these days- feel so heavy
i hv gained some fats arnd d waist
i am not overweight- actually underweight

ok, from when have you developed belly fat?
but all of a sudden i feel heavy after eating food
around 2 mnths
my waist line was 28 and now its 30
After eating you should atleast walk for 5 min, even in office hrs

yes,early morning do some bending exercises which wiill help you lose fat particularly around tummy
i started eating less and that led to weakness
like potatoe, rice,bread
this will cause belly fat

Everyday after dinner walk around for few minutes

atleast work out for 20 min in morning
