Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Have your symptoms improved since then?
User :   well i get a little urge to pee but not like i did
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Let me answer your first question.
Doctor :   The two most common causes for increased frequency of urination are diabetes and urinary tract infection,
Doctor :   Your reports are suggesting that you may have had an infection.
User :   i dont have a errection i probally go like every 4 to 5 hours
User :   increaction of urin
Doctor :   Infection may have caused the presence of proteins and the absence of proteins following antibiotics.
Doctor :   I meant that you may have suffered an urine infection, that may be getting normalised now.
Doctor :   I would also suggest you to get your blood sugar tested to look for diabetes, if your symptoms have not been relieved completely.
Doctor :   Have you followed, what I have suggested?
Doctor :   I shall answer your second query now.
User :   do they do that during a blood test they said they was checking liver fuction kidney fuction
Doctor :   I cannot predict that if they have done that?
Doctor :   You may have to contact the authorities or the doctor who have helped you earlier.
Doctor :   Do you have any further queries with your first issue?
User :   i never got blood work done before so i dont know if that was inclueded does a doctor have to check for diabites or can a person do it their self
Doctor :   You can check the sugar by using a glucometer or alternatively using a urine sugar dip stick method.
User :   and it will say if its high
Doctor :   You may have to consult your pharmacist, if those dipsticks will be available over the counter though.
Doctor :   They are not as specific as the blood sugar levels, however it would be sufficient to let you know if you suffer from diabetes.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Do you have any further queries with your first issue?
User :   not that i can think of at this time
User :   not that i can think of at this time
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Let me progress to your second issue.
Doctor :   Normally the stools passed by a man is related to the diet one has.
Doctor :   The number of times a man can pass stools can be once or twice a day .
Doctor :   Stools may be hard if there is no sufficient water content in the stools.
User :   i be drinking the required 64 ouces a day
Doctor :   If you are going to pass hard stools frequently, then you may develop fissure or hemorrhoids as a complication.
Doctor :   So you may have to modify your dietary intake.
Doctor :   Continue with drinking water.
Doctor :   The more the water you drink the softer the stools will be.
User :   becauses i sit on stool for a bit before i can go
Doctor :   Secondly, your diet must include plenty of fibres in it.
Doctor :   That refers to use of vegetables.
User :   like eating apples every day
Doctor :   And lastly, you can use fruits.
Doctor :   One fruit that can make a difference is banana.
Doctor :   One banana at night or twice a day can make the difference.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Do you have any further queries with your second issue now?
User :   this will help the urge like to go be stronger
Doctor :   If you have problems with urge, you may use hot water or alternatively a glass of coffee.
Doctor :   Only when these are not helping you, I would suggest you the use of laxatives such as AAAAAAA
Doctor :   Have you followed?
Doctor :   Are you there?
Doctor :   I have to close the window as you are not responding. Please chat with our doctors 24/7 for medical queries.
User :   i back
Doctor :   Have you followed, what I have suggested?
Doctor :   Do you have any further queries with your second issue?
User :   yes
User :   i followed
Doctor :   Do you have any further queries with your second issue?
User :   no just to ad more fyber in my diet to help the issue and get the urge back again
User :   and prob to excericese
Doctor :   Yes, and drink a glass of hot water or coffee/tea in the morning?
User :   hot tea or col tea
Doctor :   Preferably hot.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Heat can stimulate bowel movements.
User :   on the coffe black or anyway a person likes it
Doctor :   The choice is your now.
Doctor :   It does not matter much if you are using a black coffee or with milk.
Doctor :   Do you have any further queries?
Doctor :   On your last query,
Doctor :   Normal blood pressure is a range.
Doctor :   Any blood pressure where the systolic reading is between 90mmHg to 140mmHg and Diastolic reading between 60mmHg to 100mmHg can be considered in the normal range.
User :   in the moring when i wake up i check as soon as i awkae it its little elavated some people say it post to be low when you first wake up
Doctor :   If either of the two systolic and diastolic readings are above these range, then it is said to be in the hypertensive range.
Doctor :   What are the readings that you see?
Doctor :   *what are the reading that you get when you record your BP?
User :   one day it was 149-101 pulse 70 and i check it a couple min later it was 141/96 pulse 73
Doctor :   Does any of your family members suffer from hypertension?
User :   in eveing it ranges 126-138top number and bottom number 57-98
User :   yes my dad had it my mom and brother
Doctor :   You said, you have got your kidney functions test done a month ago,
Doctor :   If yes, may I know those values?
User :   well they did blood work to check the fuction of kidney and the blood came back normal
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   and liver all came back normal
Doctor :   The readings that are done are slightly at the higher limits.
Doctor :   May I know how did you check your BP?
Doctor :   * I mean the method you used?
Doctor :   Are you there?
User :   a bp cuff that goes on the wrist
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   The automatic BP machines may be less accurate.
Doctor :   Since you have a family history, that can be a predisposing factor.
Doctor :   Hence, I suggest you to get your BP from a doctor using the routine(manual method) that is
User :   is their a kit or something a person can but to test protein in urin at home
Doctor :   by the use of sphygomanometer.
Doctor :   Yes, there are dipsticks available that can identify the presence of proteins in the urine.
User :   when i go they say its a little elavated so i used this bp cuff wrist at home and showed then and they say it looks fine but i havent been tasking it in the moring just eveing and night
User :   what are they called if i might ask
Doctor :   Well again, this you need to confirm from your pharmacist if they are available as over the counter.
User :   oh just ask them to see how to get them
Doctor :   The are generally referred to as urine sugar/protein test strip dip sticks.
User :   and u can do reading at home and tell if its normal or anything
Doctor :   They are semi quantitative.
Doctor :   That means they would tell you if the proteins or sugars are present or not.
Doctor :   If present are they high or low.
User :   oh ok so if nothing their it so it
Doctor :   They would not provide you with the readings.
Doctor :   Yes, if they are negative then, probably they are absent.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Lastly regarding your BP issue, if the readings are high manually too, you may have to include physical exercises and dietary measures to correct your BP.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Do you have any further query that I can assist you with?
User :   as for drinking water i can also drink pop and juice
Doctor :   Yes, you can use them too.
Doctor :   Please fill the feed back form and say when done.
Doctor :   Do you have any further query that I can assist you with?
User :   not at moment thanks
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me. Bye for now. Please refer your friends to our service.
User :   well do
