User :   Hi Doctor , I am 27 years old , 5 feet 11 inch , 68 kgs.
User :   Medical History I was suffering from one side headache few years back My throat gets frequently infected during cold weather.. My profession is Software Egg, most of the day i working sitting in one place, I do not exercise.Nowadays I feel lot of tiredness and sleepiness in the office, I yawn very frequently. I have developed dark circles under my eye. I feel pain in the joints. Can you please guide me to improve my health condition and gain more weight.

User :   no i dont have it nowadays

Doctor :   Do you drink boiled water.
User :   but throad infection i get frequently followed by fever

Doctor :   ESR, CRP,RA factor.
Doctor :   and go for daily walks.
Doctor :   Use hot water bag when you have pain or apply volini gel.

Doctor :   avoid fruits like banana, guava, seethaphal

Doctor :   Take warm food , hot beverages, soups especially in cold weather
Doctor :   Still if it persists you will have to do throat examination and check for tonsillitis.

Doctor :   by doing physical exercise in the morning, your sleep will improve
Doctor :   keep a fixed time for sleeping and geting up.
