User:Hi, Dr. Glad to talk to you
User:I have a small problem concerning my mood changes

User:I am worried if this can be a serious problem
User:When I get tensed, I start to shout at pple, generally happens within family , starngers in road
User:After which I feel a kind of shake inside me, not sure , a kind of restless minds that continues for around 20-30 min
User:This has increased after my marraige

User:well, professionally no, not with my kid
User:but, yes with my husband and mom
User:when someone talks non sense to me, trys to make me fool
User:this happens mainly in my personal life

User:But, my mind becomes restless, I feel extermely tried after a fight ... as if all enery has been drained

User:I have not gone to a chck up for this, I feel a kind of tremble inside my mind,all my adrenaline pummping out
User:then it takes around 20-30 min, the more I want to control , the more tensed i become

User:He is very normal, tries to be calm but very talkative and funny
User:but if tensed, in the sense, when he tells me something and I dont obey or have my thoughts to say, he becomes violent
User:he starts by talking about the issues, for atleast 1 hr
User:and at one point i loose my control and start to shout
User:then he starts to fight with me, beats me too
User:he then says he has been suspecting me, very dominating always thinks I only take care of others and not him
User:he starts to drink , drink to the core, doesnt eat, doesnt sleep
User:Oh my god!! so scary to tell it too
User:I am unsure, if his nature in like that
User:because, some times he has told people few things wrong about me, which has never happened between us, i am unsure if he wants to exacerate the problem or he sees those things virtually happening
User:Calls all my relatives , friends talks too ill ablout me, hurts me a lot
User:I wanted to leave him and get away! yesterday I watched a movie where it says its kind of a disoder, is it something like that

User:He has been using Otrivin, for his nose problem continuosly for around 4 years now, smokes a lot, drinks as well
Doctor:Since when is he consuming alcohol?
Doctor:How much and how frequently?
User:right from 12th std
User:or college.. not sure
User:When he drinks, people say he talks 4 to 5 pegs and doesnt have any side dish with it
User:he is a vegetarian and takes one small cucumber piece for the whole drink,
User:when he drinks he acts too wild atleast till the next day after noon

User:when I was with him, around 2 aweek
User:now its almost daily

User:Is it sometime as serious as Bipolar disorder?
Doctor:There is a very narrow line between depression and bipolar illness.
Doctor:Based on your current description,
Doctor:the symptom is probably depression alone and not bipolar.
